In ‘The Job Centre’ we follow larger than life boss Jane Vincent, who owns one of the liveliest Recruitment Agency’s in Bradford. Along with her straight talking team, they’re tasked with finding jobs for the extraordinary characters who walk through the agency’s doors. From minimum wage to £100K plus jobs Candelisa will take on any client in the hope that they can secure business and keep themselves afloat. It's an intense workplace but the team are like a family and matriarch boss Jane is at the helm. Jane is a one woman whirlwind and along with her loyal team, she works tirelessly to woo major clients in the aim of becoming a major player in the recruitment world. From entry-level jobs in call centres and factories to CEO’s – Candelisa People find jobs across a wide spectrum of businesses and skillsets. With interview questions such as ‘If you were a kitchen utensil what would you be?’ the team help prepare candidates for the weird and wonderful world of job hunting and bonkers interviews.
