S01:E01 - First Encounter
Middle school students Rad, Carlos and Alexis are shocked to discover the existence of large robots in their hometown. When they accidentally awaken these Transformers, an evil Decepticon named Megatron chases after them.
S01:E02 - Metamorphosis
With Optimus Prime now fighting alongside them, Rad, Carlos and Alexis battle against Megatron for control of the Mini-Con that they discovered. Meanwhile, the Decepticon Cyclonus searches for another Mini-Con on the moon.
S01:E03 - Base
The Autobots and the Decepticons battle while the kids and the Mini-cons run for cover, only to nearly be buried in a landslide.
S01:E04 - Comrade
This episode picks up where the last one left off. The Autobots are about to head out to find a Mini-con, when the kids come and beg to go with them.
S01:E05 - Soldier
Hot Shot and Red Alert are having a disagreement about their battle techniques s well as about their style of life.
S01:E06 - Jungle
This episode begins with a battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons. Is this real or just a simulation?
S01:E07 - Carnival
Rad and Carlos decide to take Highwire and Sureshock to the town carnival. Then the rest of the Mini-cons show up, all in their natural forms, attracting the attention everyone there.
S01:E08 - Palace
The new stage of the Mini-con hunting opens when Optimus Prime and his team arrive to a desert to search for the next Mini-con location.
S01:E09 - Confrontation
Billy and Fred are kidnapped by Cyclonus and when the Autobots try to rescue them Megatron captures all the kids and holds them for ransom.
S01:E10 - Underground
A new Mini-con appears and therace to control it begins!
S01:E11 - Ruin
The Autobots receive a new strange signal and set out to determine what it means.
S01:E12 - Prehistory
Rad learns the history behind the long fought battle between the Autobots and Decepticons.
S01:E13 - Swoop
The Decepticons set out to attack the Autobot base behind Cyclonus.
